Our Returns Policy

There is a 28 day period after purchase, in which most of the products sold by Gallerium are able to be returned or exchanged. You must then ensure you return the product to us, in its original condition, within an additional 14 days.

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, for example, personalised products. This is because the creative has purpose made your creation, and does not deem it saleable elsewhere. It is clearly stated on each product page whether the item is returnable or not.

Exceptions

Certain products may have extended periods in which you may return your item for a full refund or exchange. For example, over the festive season, many creatives offer returns well in to January to make allowances for unwanted gifts. Note dates.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to cancel an order or product, you can do so by emailing us at returns@gallerium.com and informing us that you wish to do so. Once the item has been returned to us in its original condition, we will process the refund. The money will be returned to your account within 14 days. Please note, we recommend that you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. Unfortunately we do not pay return postage at this time.

Please do not damage product packaging and aim to repackage the product in the packaging you received it in. Please note that you are not to use the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish that the product is satisfactory and functional, and that you are responsible for any damage that occurs to it whilst it is in your possession, or in transit back to the Creative.
