As with all creative processes, things can go wrong! So please ensure you leave adequate time for creation, amends if appropriate, and shipping – especially if your purchase is intended as a gift. If you are ordering a commisioned or personalised piece, please keep checking your email for updates or questions from our creative.

Due to size, material and/or location – some of our items are only eligible for collection. Please ensure you thoroughly check your order details before placing your order.

Collection is available for most items and require pick up from Gallerium @ Salt – Salt of the Earth, 7 Poulton Road, Carleton. Plewase make sure tyou have agreed the collection date and time with one of our team so that we can sure it is prepped and apropriatly packaged for collection.

Tracking information is available on certain items if it is offered by our delivery company or selected at the checkout. Please ensure that you confirm the delivery request if requested.
